About Metro Locksmith Services

Local Roots, Professional Service

Metro Locksmith Services was built on a simple idea: people in Shelby County and the surrounding areas deserve a locksmith who actually lives and works here. Too many "local" locksmith listings are national call centers that farm jobs out to whoever is available, with prices that balloon once the work is done. We do it differently: one local company, straightforward quotes, and a fully equipped mobile unit.

What We Do

We provide complete residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services: home and business lockouts, lock rekeying, lock installation and repair, smart locks, master key systems, access control, panic bars, car lockouts, car key replacement, and key fob programming. Because our unit is mobile, every job is completed on-site at your home, your business, or wherever your vehicle is parked.

Where We Work

We work along the I-65 and US-31 corridor at the heart of the southern Birmingham metro, serving Calera, Alabaster, Montevallo, Pelham, Helena, Columbiana, Chelsea, Wilsonville, Maylene, Jemison, Thorsby, Clanton, Hoover, Vestavia Hills, Homewood, Mountain Brook, and Birmingham.

Our Promise

• You get a clear quote before any work begins.
• We verify ownership before opening any home, business, or vehicle. It protects you.
• We use non-destructive entry methods whenever possible, so your property is protected.
• We treat your home, business, and vehicle like our own.
• You deal with a local, from the first call to the finished job.
